For my Pep 150 module, 2000 word essay examining the Social/Political and
Historical context of one particular Image I have chosen to examine Toscani’s
campaign entitled ‘No Anorexia No Lita’ the image offers huge scope when it
comes to looking at the Social/political background as it not only cause huge
disruptions throughout Milan Fashion week but also towards how both the media
and fashion industry portray the fragile state of beauty.
